Leapin’ Lemurs Cereal Bowls

A fun, easy, and healthy way to serve breakfast for kids.  And a dish so good - you'll eat it too.


  1. Grease two small bowls with coconut oil. Set aside.
  2. Using a heat proof bowl set over a pot of simmering water, melt coconut oil and marshmallows over medium heat. Stir frequently, until marshmallows are melted (10-15 minutes).
  3. Quickly and carefully add Leapin’ Lemurs Cereal to marshmallows and mix to combine.
  4. Once marshmallow/cereal mixture is cool enough to handle, but still pliable, divide the mixture between the two greased bowls. Pressing firmly with slightly damp fingers to press the cereal mixture to form a bowl*. Let set for 60 minutes at room temperature or in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  5. Fill with thick yogurt and fruit. 

*The cereal bowl will not be air tight and will have some small holes in it. It’s recommended to use with thick yogurt and not milk.
